With a dedicated theater game room featuring classic arcade games, a fully outfitted kitchen, and an ensuite king suite, every detail has been arranged for an unhurried Smoky Mountain stay.

Airy, open living spaces with vaulted timber ceilings, electric reclining seating, and modern appointments throughout.
The main living room welcomes you with a warm gas fireplace (available October through March), plush electric reclining sofa, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Large windows invite natural mountain light, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
A dedicated theater room provides hours of entertainment with multiple classic arcade games and a Smart TV. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen features black stainless steel appliances, solid cabinetry, dinnerware, cookware, drip and Keurig coffee makers, blender, toaster, and starter supplies, with a dining area comfortably accommodating four.

Dog-Friendly Cottage
We happily welcome well-behaved dogs. Please observe our simple house guidelines to help keep the cottage pristine for all guests.
- Dogs only — maximum of 2 dogs, up to 75 lbs each.
- Dogs must be kept off beds, couches, and upholstered furniture at all times.
- Dogs must be crated if left alone inside the cabin (crate is not provided; please bring your own).
- Waste bags are provided; guests are kindly required to clean up after dogs outside.
- Pet fee: $100.
- Furniture: Please keep dogs off beds and couches (excessive hair on furniture may result in a $300 cleaning fee)

- No smoking or vaping.
- Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors.
- Creek access is at guest's own risk; please exercise caution on natural banks.
- Maximum occupancy: 5 guests.
- Level driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles with slight incline entering drive.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM · Check-out: Before 10:00 AM · Self check-in via keypad.
